Our Mission

Our business was built on a passion for summer camps. Our owners are camp people who understand what qualities make up a stellar staff member, and that understanding is baked into every placement.

Staff shouldn’t have to worry about how they are getting to get to camp, only why they are going to camp. Camp Connections is built on the foundation of any great summer; great people.

Meet the Team

    FOUNDER

    Max, with nine years entrenched in the summer camp industry, offers invaluable insights gleaned from his diverse roles.

    Starting as a general counselor at a YMCA camp in Wisconsin, he eventually ascended to the role of waterfront director, overseeing all aspects of water sports at a for-profit camp in Massachusetts.

    FOUNDER

    Having navigated the ranks from camper to staff member through the CIT program, Kris intimately understands the trans formative power of the camp experience.

    His tenure as a general counselor and subsequent oversight of the CIT program for three years have equipped him with a nuanced understanding of the needs and aspirations of both camps and candidates.
